WHO YOU ARE
  • Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master) or early-career professionals (<2 years experience).
  • Open to all majors. Preference given to Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and related fields.GPA: Minimum 7.0/10 (or equivalent).
  • English: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 700 equivalent (No certificate needed).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 4+), Korean, or Japanese (JLPT N3+) is a strong advantage.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated adaptability when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Potential to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Flexible work style with the ability to perform well both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to relocate every 6 months to different designated locations and functional rotations.
